• Manage end-to-end air shipments including booking, documentation (MAWB/HAWB), and data entry.
• Coordinate daily with airlines, trucking partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide professional customer service by handling inquiries, claims, and shipment updates.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with international shipping regulations and company SOPs.
• Maintain system accuracy and generate reports to support KPI tracking and process improvements.
• Collaborate with account managers and customs teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in air operations or freight forwarding.
• Fluent in Japanese (written and spoken) is required.
• Good proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn global supply chain operations.
• Flexibility to work on weekends as required.
