What you will do
- Lead end-to-end supply planning for the NGY Cluster across S&OP and S&OE planning horizons for Consumer and Commercial businesses.
- Develop and maintain supply, production, sourcing, import/export, and inventory plans aligned with customer demand and service-level targets.
- Monitor supply risks, capacity constraints, and inventory gaps, and create mitigation plans to ensure supply continuity.
- Coordinate supply readiness for new product introductions and product transitions.
- Collaborate with demand planning, logistics, customer service, sales, product, finance, quality, technology, and regional supply teams.
- Provide scenario analysis, support inventory optimization, and drive continuous improvement and planning-tool implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, statistics, business, or another quantitative discipline.
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in supply planning, demand planning, production planning, manufacturing operations, or related supply chain disciplines.
- Experience across end-to-end supply chain functions, including planning, logistics, customer service, and inventory management.
- Experience supporting S&OP and Integrated Business Planning processes in multi-site manufacturing or complex supply network environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in production operations, supply chain management, statistical analysis, engineering, or a related field.
- APICS CPIM, CSCP, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience in regional, multinational, or cross-functional business environments.
