Field Applications Engineer (Spector)

Location: Remote (US). Requires 50-75% domestic and international travel.

Salary: $105,456 - $140,608

What you will do

• Lead process qualification and acceptance activities for hirify.global systems at customer sites.
• Execute process BKMs and support the transfer of processes from development environments to manufacturing operations.
• Perform process characterization, data collection, and analysis to ensure requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot process, hardware, and system performance issues to drive timely resolution.
• Deliver technical training to customers on equipment operation, process execution, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product management teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting semiconductor, optical coating, thin-film deposition, or vacuum process equipment.
• Experience qualifying and supporting production equipment in customer manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to independently troubleshoot complex process and equipment issues.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50-75% domestically and internationally.
