Salary: $160,000–$175,000 base salary annually

What you will do

  • Define and lead technical roadmaps to build scalable, high-performance systems.
  • Set and enforce engineering standards for code quality, design, and implementation.
  • Mentor junior and senior engineers to foster technical and career growth.
  • Lead architectural discussions and drive improvements to resolve technical debt.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and business units to align engineering work with business priorities.
  • Lead technical interviews and participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading technical work on complex, high-scale systems.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US as the company does not provide visa sponsorship or immigration support.
  • Deep experience in designing scalable, performant architectures.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to mentor and raise the bar for team code quality and engineering culture.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and defining roadmaps from business goals.
