Salary: $183,000–$220,000 per year (Base Salary)

What you will do

• Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive program budgets and forecasts.
• Establish cost baselines and track performance variances against approved budgets.
• Support business case development and financial modeling for new initiatives.
• Monitor program expenditures to ensure alignment with financial targets.
• Implement and maintain robust cost control processes and analytical tools.

Requirements

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Program or Project Financial Management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Must be able to work on-site in Foster City, CA.

Nice to have

• MBA or MS in Finance.
• Experience with SAP S/4Hana and Anaplan.
• Automotive OEM industry experience.
