Salary: $130,000–$170,000.

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy customer-facing agentic AI products using AWS-native technologies.
• Architect multi-agent systems with reliable tool use, memory, and orchestration patterns.
• Partner with product and customer success teams to translate user problems into production-grade AI solutions.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI features from prompt engineering through evaluation and monitoring.
• Instrument and monitor agentic systems in production to iterate based on real user behavior.
• Collaborate with engineering and compliance stakeholders to ensure AI outputs meet regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 1+ year building AI/LLM applications in production.
• Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services like Bedrock, SageMaker, or equivalent frameworks.
• Strong understanding of agentic patterns including RAG, memory management, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience designing and evaluating LLM pipelines, including prompt engineering and hallucination mitigation.
• Strong coding skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI observability and evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with DataDog and GitHub CI/CD.
• Experience with responsible AI practices.
