Salary: $22/hour (+$0.50/hour for bilingual Spanish speakers)

What you will do
- Deliver exceptional member support via phone, chat, and email.
- Educate members on healthcare benefits, claims, and how to maximize their coverage.
- Guide members toward high-quality, cost-effective care providers.
- Handle complex and sensitive conversations with empathy and patience.
- De-escalate member concerns regarding benefit friction.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and data security protocols during all interactions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S.
- Minimum 2 years of call center or customer service experience.
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical proficiency with customer service platforms like Zendesk.
- Must be available for shifts between 8 AM and 10 PM ET.
- No visa sponsorship available.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
