What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between business owners, stakeholders, and development teams.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Coordinate and facilitate JAD sessions, requirements workshops, and business process reviews.
• Create and maintain process flows, models, and technical documentation using tools like Microsoft Visio.
• Collaborate with QA teams to support testing initiatives and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tallahassee, FL.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of IT business analysis experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Agile software development environments.
• 7+ years of experience with Azure DevOps or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with nutrition program systems or government-based applications.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools like Selenium.
• Experience with REST API and microservices testing using Postman or Insomnia.
• Familiarity with large-scale application transformation projects.
