What you will do

• Develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Interpret sketches and design intent to produce accurate technical documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Update and maintain drawing sets and BIM files throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in clash detection, quantity take-offs, and visualization tasks.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical input.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or Drafting Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in drafting or BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software such as Navisworks or SketchUp.
• Understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools like BIM 360 or Microsoft Teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in remote drafting or international projects.
• Knowledge of rendering tools like Lumion or Enscape.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as ClickUp or Asana.
