What you will do

• Author and enforce BIM Guidelines and project-level BIM Execution Plans across all design and construction programs.
• Establish federated model coordination and clash detection workflows across architectural, structural, MEP, civil, and power disciplines.
• Develop and own the Digital Twin vision, including data models and platform architecture for hyperscale AI datacenter campuses.
• Lead the integration of AI-assisted tools for generative layout optimization, energy simulation, and code compliance.
• Manage the full design technology stack, including authoring platforms (Revit, Civil 3D) and coordination tools (Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC).
• Define and audit BIM standards and data handoff protocols for external architecture and engineering (AE) firms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design technology, BIM management, VDC, or computational design within capital-intensive construction.
• Deep expertise in authoring BIM Execution Plans and managing federated model environments.
• Demonstrated experience with 4D construction sequencing and 5D cost modeling linked to BIM.
• Working knowledge of Digital Twin concepts and AI tools applied to design workflows.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and Civil 3D.
• Must be based in the US

Nice to have

• Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse and USD-based workflows.
• Background in datacenter design, mission-critical infrastructure, or hyperscale facilities.
• Experience deploying AI tools in a production design environment.
• Familiarity with IoT integration, SCADA/BMS systems, or reality capture (photogrammetry/3D scanning).
• Relevant degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management; BIM/VDC certifications.
