What you will do
- Translate editorial, audio, and event content into platform-native social formats.
- Launch and optimize growth campaigns across organic, paid, and partner channels.
- Develop strategies to convert social followers into subscribers and community members.
- Analyze performance data to scale successful formats and improve audience quality.
- Build repeatable playbooks for social distribution and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with internal experts and external partners to amplify brand thought leadership.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- Proven experience growing engaged audiences through social platforms.
- Strong background in producing short-form, platform-native video content.
- Experience managing paid social budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
- Ability to translate complex editorial or expert insights into shareable social formats.
- Strong analytical skills to track and act on social performance data.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B or media-led brand environments.
- Existing relationships with LinkedIn or YouTube partner teams.
- Experience coaching internal experts for on-camera performance.
- Discipline in A/B testing content hooks and conversion paths.
