Product Analyst

Location: Must be based in or near Crystal City, VA; Hybrid role requiring at least one day onsite per week.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Support product discovery, gap analysis, and solution evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguity.
• Analyze product performance, user behavior, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in prioritization decisions by evaluating business impact, effort, and dependencies.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance or above is required.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
• Familiarity with product development methodologies and Agile practices.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or business process mapping.
• Willingness to work after hours or on weekends occasionally.
