What you will do
- Own, manage, and prioritize the team backlog to ensure alignment with product strategy and business objectives.
- Translate business requirements and customer feedback into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Define sprint objectives and support teams in delivering incremental value.
- Participate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies, including PI planning and backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, QA, UX/UI, and business analysts.
- Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and identify risks or dependencies.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs within Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, preferably within SAFe or large-scale organizations.
- Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear user stories.
- English: Intermediate proficiency required
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and UX/UI.
Nice to have
- Experience participating in PI planning or similar cross-team planning activities.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Experience delivering software products, digital solutions, or enterprise applications.
