Creatives Project Manager (Mobile Games)

Location: Fully remote with no office restrictions; relocation support is available for countries where G5 has offices.

What you will do

• Estimate art task timelines and manage dynamic project schedules.
• Create production tickets, coordinate in-house and outsourced teams, and track deliveries.
• Build reports and production exports using Jira filters and Google Sheets.
• Identify blockers, coordinate feedback and approvals, and communicate solutions.
• Liaise with artists, user acquisition, creative managers, marketing leads, and product development.
• Improve production processes and pipelines to reduce creative turnaround times.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of project management experience.
• Hands-on vendor management experience, including negotiations, contracting, work orders, budget tracking, and approvals.
• Experience creating freelance workflows, including hiring, onboarding, rate negotiation, task distribution, delivery tracking, and vendor rating.
• Knowledge of art production processes and turnaround times for graphic design, video, and playable mini-games.
• Experience with Jira or other project management platforms and cloud-based asset libraries.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage fast-paced pipelines, enforce processes, and maintain attention to detail.
