What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end creative production process, managing workflows, vendor relationships, and budgets for all company projects.
  • Coordinate production between in-house artists and external vendors to ensure high-quality asset delivery.
  • Manage production tickets in Jira and build reporting dashboards and asset exports using Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate with UA, creative managers, marketing leads, and product teams to prioritize incoming requests.
  • Handle vendor negotiations, work order preparation, and budget tracking/approvals.
  • Continuously optimize production pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of project or production management experience.
  • Experience managing fast-paced creative or art production pipelines.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and budget coordination skills.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Jira (filters, dashboards) and Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Passion for mobile gaming or advertising.
