What you will do

• Support the execution and continuous enhancement of the compliance program for prediction market offerings.
• Manage day-to-day compliance activities including monitoring, issue management, and control execution.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance leadership to respond to regulatory inquiries, examinations, and audits.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to translate regulatory requirements into scalable business processes.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls across AML/KYC, market surveillance, and customer protection.
• Prepare dashboards and reports to communicate compliance activities and emerging risks to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, risk, regulatory operations, legal, or audit within a highly regulated financial services or derivatives environment.
• Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing prediction markets, commodities, or derivatives.
• Familiarity with Commodity Exchange Act, CFTC regulations, NFA rules, and AML/KYC requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.
