What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding licensing and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Supervise and mentor Licensing Compliance Analysts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all work products.
• Manage regulatory audits, inquiries, and investigations, ensuring timely and comprehensive responses to gaming authorities.
• Prepare and facilitate the submission of complex gaming license applications, renewals, and regulatory filings.
• Research and analyze regulatory requirements for existing and prospective jurisdictions to support business initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments including Legal, HR, and Accounting to maintain corporate compliance.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in gaming licensing or regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience managing individual and corporate gaming licensing across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience supervising staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with regulators and executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional.

Nice to have

• Experience with database systems such as NetSuite and ArdentSky.
• General knowledge of gaming manufacturing.
