What you will do

• Own the full SEO roadmap, from strategy identification to prioritization and impact measurement.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives including site architecture, Core Web Vitals, rendering, and JavaScript SEO.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to implement technical improvements that drive organic growth.
• Analyze performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Oncrawl to uncover actionable insights.
• Drive international SEO strategy, including hreflang implementation and scalable site architecture.
• Design and evaluate SEO experiments to continuously optimize performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growing organic traffic through SEO.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and modern web architecture.
• Proficiency with SEO platforms such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
• Experience collaborating effectively with engineering, product, or development teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale websites (SaaS, ecommerce, or marketplaces).
• SQL and BigQuery experience for advanced data analysis.
• Deep expertise in crawl optimization and JavaScript SEO.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with SEO testing and experimentation frameworks.
