What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of internal engineering programs, learning events, and recurring forums.
• Coordinate presenter flow, dry runs, and readiness checklists for key engineering meetings.
• Maintain accurate trackers, timelines, and status reports for engineering operations workstreams.
• Build and maintain dashboards to help leaders make data-informed decisions.
• Use AI-powered tools like Claude, Glean, and Copilot to summarize notes and generate reports.
• Audit and maintain engineering intranet sites, process documentation, and internal playbooks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, program management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building trackers and reports in Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Practical experience using AI or automation tools to streamline operational tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for leadership-facing forums.
• Must be based in Burnaby, Canada and able to work in a hybrid environment.
