What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops to define business outcomes, tool architecture, and process alignment.
• Configure and administer Atlassian products and Marketplace applications to meet evolving client requirements.
• Execute complex cloud migrations, process transformations, and enterprise tool implementations.
• Create training and enablement materials to support long-term platform adoption and user success.
• Manage multiple parallel client engagements and prioritize deliverables effectively.
• Advise clients on modern delivery practices, developer productivity, and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting or enterprise Atlassian administration experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• Proven success delivering cloud migrations and enterprise tool implementations.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks, DevOps practices, and project delivery workflows.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and facilitation skills for client workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to configure Atlassian and other SaaS platforms based on client needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian Data Center to Cloud migrations.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Service Management processes like Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Forge, AI-enabled automation, or Rovo agents.
• Scripting or integration experience using Python, Groovy, or REST APIs.
• Understanding of identity management systems like Okta, Azure AD, or SAML.
