Senior Business Consultant (ERP)

Salary: $65,000–$78,000/year

What you will do

• Perform deep-dive analyses to resolve complex student-related system issues.
• Provide technical training and coaching on data validation, reporting, and module workflows.
• Collaborate with project managers to execute deliverables and maintain process documentation.
• Translate complex technical concepts into functional guidance for end users.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
• Recommend best practices based on a sound understanding of customer business processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, with at least 4 years specifically in Higher Education.
• Proven experience with hirify.global J1 Student Information System or similar ERP modules.
• Advanced SQL programming skills and database troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with some travel requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for training and presentations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
