What you will do

• Lead integration projects for customers using ERP solutions, ensuring smooth configuration and deployment.
• Configure and test ERP systems like NetSuite, Intacct, and QuickBooks to meet customer specifications.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and external customer teams to manage project timelines and resolve issues.
• Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing technical support post-integration.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and documentation for scalable integration workflows.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer experiences and technical insights.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience in ERP integration and configuration.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics BC.
• Hands-on experience with web technologies including APIs, SOAP, and REST.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools like Slack, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills for customer-facing requirements gathering and solution presentation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with finance, procurement, and supply chain business processes.
• Experience with SaaS applications and cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems like Zendesk.
