Salary: $115,000 – $150,000 yearly

What you will do

• Oversee nightside editorial direction and social content production from ideation to final post.
• Coordinate primetime show digital producers to maintain organized workflows and content pipelines.
• Edit, produce, and script original video content while providing constructive feedback on team outputs.
• Drive late-breaking news coverage and identify compelling moments from linear broadcasts for rapid social turnaround.
• Approve captions, graphics, and final editorial sign-offs before publication.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and promotions teams on special rollouts and live events.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in producing, writing, and editing news content.
• Must be based in New York, NY and have unrestricted work authorization for the United States.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere.
• Extensive experience with YouTube content optimization and audience development.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring producers in fast-paced news environments.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm) under tight deadline pressure.
