What you will do

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, and scalable data models using DAX and Power Query.
• Build advanced automation workflows in Power Automate, including approval processes and third-party system integrations via APIs.
• Develop Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps using Dataverse to enhance operational visibility.
• Create cloud-based automations and secure REST API/webhook integrations using Azure Functions.
• Build Microsoft Teams integrations, including adaptive cards and collaboration tools.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for automation architecture, workflows, and governance standards.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure Services.
• Proven track record of building business applications, reporting systems, and analytics dashboards.
• Expertise in advanced DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and API authentication.
• Experience with Azure Functions, REST APIs, and webhook integrations.
• Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, or Jamaica.

Nice to have

• Experience with Copilot Studio and AI-powered automation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Teams app development.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Skills in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and incremental refresh.
