Senior Power Platform Developer (Dynamics 365)

What you will do

• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Apps solutions.
• Design solution architectures and provide consulting for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft, third-party, and other external systems.
• Contribute to solution quality, migrations, and complex technical problem-solving.
• Potentially lead and mentor a technical development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement, including configuration, customization, and solution design.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid/on-premises infrastructure, architecture design, and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Microsoft cloud technologies, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Automate, Microsoft Lifecycle Services, and Data Migration Framework.
• Strong development skills in C# and JavaScript for Dynamics 365, plus experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with other applications.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills, including the ability to manage and mentor a technical team.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
• Pre-sales experience.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
