Salary: $100,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with business teams to identify and launch high-leverage AI opportunities.
• Build and ship AI agents to automate internal workflows and unlock new team capabilities.
• Architect and develop the internal agentic AI platform, including foundational standards and secure integrations.
• Stay updated on agentic AI trends to shape the internal AI strategy.
• Contribute to organizational AI enablement through learning programs and coaching.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering with hands-on AI/LLM implementation.
• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and RAG in production.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and API design (RESTful services).
• Production experience with AWS or GCP and modern CI/CD practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be based in Somerville, MA to support a hybrid work environment.
