What you will do

• Prototype and ship AI-powered product improvements.
• Own productionization projects, integrating new models and techniques into existing workflows.

• Build and extend evaluation sets, running experiments to improve model and product quality.
• Collaborate with design, product, and data experts to shape the future of AI-driven work.

Requirements

• Less than two years of engineering experience.
• Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Experience prototyping AI/ML features via coursework, projects, or internships.
• Pragmatic approach to problem-solving and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Must be based in or be able to work from San Francisco, California.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres, and Elasticsearch.
