What you will do

• Take AI agents from prototype to production by hardening prompts and refactoring code.
• Implement observability, logging, and monitoring to catch regressions.
• Maintain deployment pipelines and infrastructure on GCP.
• Manage database interactions for agents to ensure safe and scalable operations.
• Monitor agent behavior in production and triage issues.
• Collaborate with the GTM AI team to provide technical oversight and architectural improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience with cloud hosting (Kubernetes, VMs), preferably Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with database administration and agent-database interactions.
• Familiarity with LLM-based application development (prompt engineering, tool calling, evals).
• Ability to work in a terminal-heavy, GitHub-based PR workflow.
• AI-native mindset: ability to direct AI tools to write and QA code effectively.
