What you will do

• Build and own the Partner Accreditation Program from the ground up as the foundational infrastructure for partner scale.
• Design end-to-end learning paths for partner personas, including Sales (Track A) and Technical (Track B) programs.
• Manage the full LMS lifecycle: publish and maintain courses, manage enrollments, and ensure a seamless learner experience.
• Administer digital credentialing, managing badge configuration and integration with the partner portal.
• Define and maintain assessment frameworks to validate partner competency in collaboration with SMEs.
• Develop program reporting to track completion rates, pipeline influence, and ROI.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in partner enablement, channel programs, or customer education.
• Demonstrated ability to build structured learning programs in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to operate autonomously across a broad scope.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with technical SMEs and GTM stakeholders.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Austin, Texas.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with digital credentialing platforms like Credly.
• Exposure to software development, DevOps, or developer tooling.
