What you will do

• Create and maintain technical content including course modules, task-based guides, reference materials, and video scripts.
• Translate complex networking and cloud-based concepts into accessible, user-focused educational materials.
• Collaborate with engineers, product experts, and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and gather requirements.
• Analyze product specifications and technical documentation to determine the most effective learning approaches.
• Lead technical documentation initiatives and coordinate deliverables with other writers within established timelines.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to improve content creation efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience creating technical content, documentation, or courseware for complex technology products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, English, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, automation, networking, cybersecurity, or data centers.
• Experience with XML authoring, content management systems (CMS), and courseware development tools.
• Ability to research complex technical topics independently and collaborate effectively with subject matter experts.

Nice to have

• Experience with routing, switching, network automation, virtualization, containers, and security.
• Familiarity with DITA/XML principles and Markdown.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Agile methodologies, and JIRA.
• Proven track record in technical documentation project leadership.
