What you will do

• Develop courses, labs, and technical learning content to accelerate adoption and product competency for customers and partners.
• Build hirify.global's Partner Accreditation Program from scratch, creating sales and technical enablement content.
• Research and write high-quality modules on CI/CD integration, Agentic software development, and migration paths.
• Produce content across multiple formats, including written modules, video scripts, lab exercises, and assessments.
• Collaborate with technical SMEs, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure technical accuracy.
• Utilize AI tools to scale content production and maintain the learning catalog within the LMS.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Austin, Texas.
• At least 3 years of experience creating technical content for developers or technical practitioners.
• Working understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and cloud vs. self-hosted deployment models.
• Experience with LMS platforms and the mechanics of publishing eLearning courses.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and accessible content.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with technical SMEs and instructional designers.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with hirify.globalQube.
• Familiarity with static analysis, SAST, or code security concepts.
• Experience writing specifically for partner/channel audiences.
• Experience with video scripting, on-camera presentation, or voiceover.
