What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for healthcare automation focusing on eligibility, benefits, and plan configuration.
• Develop strategies for automating data ingestion, validation, and exception handling to reduce manual touch.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled solutions to improve scalability, accuracy, and customer outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and compliance teams to deliver compliant, automation-first products.
• Monitor success metrics including automation rates, ingestion accuracy, and downstream denial trends.
• Mentor other Product Managers in strategic thinking and customer-centric product practices.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Denver, CO
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in product management.
• Required professional experience in healthcare technology (payer operations, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage).
• Proven track record of delivering automation-first, AI-enabled, or rules-based platform solutions.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Amplitude, or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Prior experience in marketing.
• Scrum/Agile certification.
