What you will do

• Analyze client exposures and loss experiences to recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Present accurate market data and provide informed advice on complex risk management.
• Proactively manage client needs and address inquiries via multiple communication channels.
• Create and present renewal proposals and conduct annual client advisory reviews.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure comprehensive coverage options.
• Expand business through referrals and the development of client programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience with high-net-worth clientele.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
• Strong client service orientation with the ability to manage expectations effectively.
• Ability to travel for client and company meetings as required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, or CPRIA.
• Existing relationships with luxury carriers like AIG, Chubb, or PURE.
