Client Advising Consultant (Health Insurance)

Location: Must be based in Western Pennsylvania (Remote/Hybrid).

What you will do

• Manage a book of business in partnership with sales executives as a product expert.
• Assist in selling new services to existing and prospective clients using consultative techniques.
• Develop and implement account-specific marketing plans for key accounts.
• Educate and train clients on product implementation and resolve specific design issues.
• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to improve messaging and sales support.
• Collaborate in internal workgroups as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in the area of specialization.
• 4+ years of consultative sales or marketing experience in health insurance or employee benefits.
• State-specific Producer License for Life, Accident & Health required (or must be obtained within 45 days).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to represent complex data to clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA).
