Associate Client Advising Consultant

Location: Must be based in Western New York

What you will do

• Manage a book of business in partnership with sales executives as a product expert.
• Educate and train clients on communications, member engagement, and product implementation.
• Analyze and resolve client-specific issues regarding product and process design.
• Assist in selling new services to existing and prospective clients using consultative skills.
• Develop and implement account-specific marketing plans for key accounts.
• Conduct member-facing meetings and events in person, virtually, or via recordings.

Requirements

• Must be based in Western New York
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or 6 years of progressive experience).
• 1 year of relevant experience in the area of specialization.
• State-specific Producer's License for Life, Accident & Health (required within 45 days of hire).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to represent complex data to clients.
