What you will do

  • Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery, owning the technical implementation and client relationship.
  • Design and build solutions across the partner ecosystem, including configurations, integrations, and AI-powered workflows.
  • Translate client needs into technical specifications and collaborate with specialists and architects on complex designs.
  • Deploy agentic automations to reduce manual effort and improve client operations.
  • Document implementation guides, integration specs, and workflow diagrams to ensure operational clarity.
  • Manage technical issues and escalations with a systems-thinking approach to resolve root causes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience implementing and administering SaaS platforms in client-facing roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CX platforms like Zendesk or Zoom CX and automation tools like Workato or Zapier.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, and systems integration.
  • Proven experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows.
  • Strong communication skills to manage technical sessions and explain complex solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Must be based in Ireland as per the location requirement.
