TL;DR
AI Solutions Engineer (AI/Microsoft Copilot Studio): Designing, building and deploying AI agents, copilots and intelligent workflows that integrate with enterprise data and business systems with an accent on automation, secure integrations and user adoption. Focus on developing multi-step agent workflows, connecting Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms through APIs and connectors, and moving prototypes into production-ready solutions.
Location: Thames Valley, United Kingdom; hybrid workplace

What you will do
- Design, build, deploy and support AI-powered solutions, agents, copilots and intelligent workflows.
- Translate business requirements into practical AI applications and identify automation and productivity opportunities with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, configuring prompts, instructions, knowledge sources and integrations.
- Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, CRM systems and other enterprise platforms using APIs, MCP servers and connectors.
- Develop lightweight web applications, dashboards and front-end interfaces that improve user adoption.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, create proofs of concept and move successful ideas into production.
Requirements
- Experience designing, building and deploying AI or digital solutions that solve business problems.
- Experience with AI, automation or workflow technologies and system integration through APIs or connectors.
- Ability to develop and troubleshoot solutions using modern programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working directly with stakeholders and non-technical users, with a focus on practical adoption.
- Curiosity, adaptability and a sustained interest in emerging AI technologies.
Nice to have
- Experience building modern web applications, portals, chatbots, copilots, virtual assistants or agent-based solutions.
- Knowledge of UX principles, databases, data modelling, data integration, data quality and governance.
- Exposure to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Azure AI, Model Context Protocol, Retrieval Augmented Generation or multi-agent architectures.
