What you will do

• Support end-to-end financial workflows including media billing, invoicing, and vendor reconciliations.
• Act as the functional platform expert for Mediaocean (Prisma, Spectra) to configure workflows and increase throughput.
• Maintain data integrity between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy ERP systems.
• Serve as the operational liaison between agency finance teams, Shared Services, and IT.
• Produce and analyze media financial reports covering spend pacing, revenue, and variances.
• Partner with transformation squads to implement workflow automations and AI-enabled anomaly detection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 2–5+ years of experience in agency media finance, financial systems support, or SSC/BPO environments.
• Direct hands-on experience with Mediaocean platforms (Prisma or Spectra).
• Strong financial literacy regarding multi-currency billing and high-volume reconciliations.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• English: C1 level required for global collaboration across time zones.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Deltek Maconomy ERP.
• Exposure to data workflows, system integrations, or API mapping.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience supporting financial automation or digital transformation initiatives.
