What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for Sales AI and Automation.
• Partner with sales leaders to identify productivity bottlenecks and operational efficiency opportunities.
• Prioritize AI and workflow improvements within Salesforce and the broader marketing tech stack.
• Lead product discovery using user research and data to define sustainable high-value solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and Design teams from concept to launch.
• Manage and coach a Business Analyst and establish strong product management practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software or business platforms.
• Experience with workflow automation, AI, CRM, or sales technology.
• Proficiency in Agile product development and modern product management practices.
• Ability to influence senior executives and build alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Hybrid work: Must contribute from the New York office at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• Background in advertising, media, or streaming industries.
• Experience with generative AI, copilots, and agent-based experiences.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flow or Microsoft Power Platform.
