What you will do

• Collect and interpret complex manufacturing data to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and engineering departments to align goals and drive data-based decisions.
• Investigate manufacturing application issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for cross-functional projects.
• Develop solution design alternatives and lead groups through recommendation processes.
• Create user guides, test plans, and conduct in-person training for end users.

Requirements

• Must be based in Staunton, VA
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or corporate business environment.
• Expertise in SQL queries and stored procedures for data analysis.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Excel.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles.
• Experience with ERP systems and databases.
