What you will do

• Prepare and submit AIA billing packages using G702 and G703 forms.
• Maintain and update Schedule of Values (SOV) across active projects.
• Coordinate bid, performance, and maintenance bonds.
• Manage commercial construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation and data integrity in Buildertrend or similar software.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and bonding companies to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Prior remote experience supporting a U.S.-based general contractor or commercial construction company.
• Proven experience with AIA Billing, G702/G703, and Schedule of Values (SOV).
• Strong understanding of construction bonding requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management software.
• Background in commercial construction, landscaping, or trades-related industries.
• Basic construction accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Familiarity with construction financial reporting and CRM systems.
