Salary: $166,700 - $232,000 per year

What you will do

• Extend the configuration-driven data platform to surface insights within the product and power ML/LLM-driven infrastructure.
• Architect and enhance core platform services: Ingest as a Service, Curation as a Service, and Retention as a Service.
• Build and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake, GCP, Airflow, Docker, and Terraform.
• Mentor the engineering team, raising the technical bar for design and implementation of high-impact projects.
• Operate under a full DevOps model, owning the entire lifecycle from development to support.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Finance to deliver self-service data solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building production data systems and large-volume data pipelines.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems, data modeling (OLAP/OLTP), and data governance frameworks.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Python and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
• Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring other engineers.

• Experience building data infrastructure for Machine Learning and LLM applications (feature stores, vector pipelines).
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate development workflows.
