What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of technical projects, including website builds and AI tool integration, for banking and professional services clients.
• Manage account financials, including profitability, forecasting, and fee negotiation for budgets up to £1-2m.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and data analysts to prioritize and deliver UI/UX backlogs and enhancements.
• Create and own overarching project plans, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with the Resource Manager.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth targets for assigned accounts.
• Act as the primary escalation point for internal and client SLAs to improve process gaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Digital, Web Design, or UX-UI.
• Proven track record in commercial growth and high-level client engagement.
• Strong knowledge of website builds and experience with CMS platforms such as Umbraco.
• Experience working within regulated sectors (e.g., banking).
• Proficiency in Agile processes and Microsoft Office software.
• Passion or interest in AI is required.
