What you will do

• Own and drive end-to-end Change Request Management, ensuring governance and execution across programs.
• Lead the CR lifecycle from intake and evaluation to prioritization, approval, and closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Program Management, Sales, and Finance.
• Govern the customer requirements lifecycle to ensure clarity, traceability, and baseline control.
• Monitor and report CR KPIs including cost, timeline, and SLA adherence.
• Act as the primary interface between Japanese OEM customers and global development teams.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in program management, change request management, or sales operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Japanese automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
• Japanese (native level) and English (business level) communication skills.
• Strong domain expertise in Connectivity or Car Audio systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and global teams across different time zones.
• Strong governance mindset with experience in risk identification and escalation management.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Knowledge of Automotive SPICE and requirements engineering processes.
• Familiarity with RFI/RFQ processes and commercial quote preparation.
• Experience with requirements management tools like DOORS/DNG.
• Background in process automation or data-driven operational improvements.
