What you will do

• Lead capital projects from initiation through closeout, including scope definition, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Oversee facility modifications and equipment installation in active manufacturing environments while minimizing disruption.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, validation, and external vendors to achieve objectives.
• Manage equipment transfer and operational readiness activities.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to GMP regulations, site procedures, and environmental health and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing capital projects in pharma, biotech, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading facility modifications and manufacturing expansion initiatives.
• Experience supporting commissioning, qualification, and validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Working knowledge of GMP-regulated environments and project management methodologies.

Nice to have

• PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications.
• Familiarity with automated manufacturing equipment and technology integration projects.
