Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead capital projects from initiation through closeout, including scope definition, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Oversee facility modifications and equipment installation in active manufacturing environments while minimizing disruption.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, validation, and external vendors to achieve objectives.
- Manage equipment transfer and operational readiness activities.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to GMP regulations, site procedures, and environmental health and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience managing capital projects in pharma, biotech, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience leading facility modifications and manufacturing expansion initiatives.
- Experience supporting commissioning, qualification, and validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Working knowledge of GMP-regulated environments and project management methodologies.
Nice to have
- PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications.
- Familiarity with automated manufacturing equipment and technology integration projects.
