Chief of Staff (AI)

Location: In-person in Palo Alto, California preferred; in-person in New York City or Toronto may be considered

Total compensation: $170,000–$220,000 plus meaningful equity

hirify.global is an applied AI company building a self-driving accounting experience for business owners and accountants.

What you will do

• Lead critical finance, operations, and go-to-market projects with direct visibility into CEO priorities.
• Optimize the finance technology stack, billing, vendor evaluation, and payment processes.
• Build reporting for ARR, margins, projections, and other key business metrics.
• Support fundraising and investor relations, including financial models, data rooms, and investor updates.
• Build the RevOps foundation, including sales process documentation, CRM setup, funnel reporting, and conversion analysis.
• Develop customer support workflows, AI agents, automations, hiring processes, and HR operations.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of post-graduate experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a Chief of Staff role.
• Strong financial acumen, including building models and understanding ARR, NRR, gross margin, and revenue recognition.
• Hands-on experience shipping dashboards, automations, and operational processes independently.
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT and experience building workflows with Clay, n8n, Zapier, or Claude Code.
• Ability to run multiple projects with high ownership and communicate clearly with executives, investors, and candidates.
• Ability to work in person in Palo Alto, New York City, or Toronto.

Nice to have

• Experience in venture capital, growth equity, or a high-growth startup from Seed to Series B.
• Experience starting new businesses or ventures.
• Highly proficient use of AI tools.
