What you will do

• Manage and strengthen relationships with regional instructors, training institutions, and professional organizations.
• Oversee program quality by enforcing adherence to standards, policies, and guidelines.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM and AI tools to monitor performance and generate data-driven insights for network growth.
• Coordinate the regional implementation of resuscitation programs and initiatives in alignment with national standards.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for external stakeholders and act as a liaison to internal teams.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in business, health science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project/program management, relationship management, or business development.
• Must reside in Canada and be legally entitled to work there.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Ability to travel within Alberta and Saskatchewan.
