Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (Medtech): Building and scaling core systems for last-mile healthcare delivery with an accent on logistics, patient experience, and medical operations. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid: Mon-Thu in office, Fri remote).
Compensation: $165,000 – $200,000 + Equity.

What you will do
- Design and build backend services and APIs for patient booking, clinician routing, and device integrations.
- Ship full-stack product features end-to-end, from data modeling to UI implementation.
- Solve complex operational challenges including scheduling, dispatch, and clinical error prevention.
- Integrate with external health systems, telemedicine platforms, and medical devices.
- Own projects from 0 to 1, making architectural decisions and evolving engineering practices.
- Collaborate with product, data, operations, and clinical teams to turn real-world problems into software.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and scaling backend or full-stack systems in production.
- Proven ability to design APIs, data models, and services for user-facing products.
- Experience leading projects or pods from architecture and planning to delivery.
- Strong background in mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.
- Experience working in high-growth startup environments with speed and ambiguity.
- Must be able to work from the Menlo Park office Monday through Thursday.
Nice to have
- Experience in health tech, logistics, or operationally complex environments.
- Knowledge of supply/demand dynamics, forecasting, or scheduling.
- Familiarity with regulated environments and HIPAA compliance.
- Experience with large-scale data platforms and pipelines.
