What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality backend solutions using Java and modern web technologies.
• Build and evolve AI development environments, including coding agents, tools, and supporting infrastructure.
• Optimize AI-powered development workflows to increase engineering velocity and software quality.
• Create and maintain prompts, skills, plugins, and tool integrations within agentic development pipelines.
• Participate in system design discussions, architectural decisions, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers and architects to transform ideas into validated technical implementations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications in Java.
• Strong proficiency with Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with JUnit, Mockito, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Richardson, TX office under a hybrid model.

• Experience with modern frontend technologies like Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cucumber.
• AWS or cloud-native development experience.
