What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and RESTful APIs.
• Integrate systems with databases, third-party services, and cloud platforms.
• Participate in requirements analysis and technical design discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Perform code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects to ensure high system performance.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship or residency (3 of last 5 years in US) to pass public trust clearance.
• 4+ years of experience in Java development.
• Proficiency with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and JPA/Hibernate.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and writing efficient SQL queries.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and Git.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in federal or regulated environments.
