What you will do
- Schedule and modify patient appointments across multiple California clinic locations.
- Handle high-volume inbound calls (400-500 daily) regarding medication and prescription inquiries.
- Verify appointment statuses and coordinate between clinics to optimize patient flow.
- Provide compassionate customer service and support for patients navigating their care journey.
- Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling system data.
Requirements
- Professional English and Spanish communication skills (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in the medical field, such as phone support or healthcare-related roles.
- Ability to work Pacific Time hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Experience with appointment scheduling systems and customer service protocols.
- Ability to handle high-volume call environments with composure.
